Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, had a similar incident the day before her mother was found dead in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton.

Bobbi Kristina, 18, had fallen asleep in a bathtub on the same floor that Houston had been found, reports TMZ.

Friends of Bobbi Kristina did not get an answer when they knocked on the door of the room. This prompted them to call the hotel security to unlock the door.

Bobbi Kristina was found asleep and was then helped out of the tub.

Sources told TMZ that the room was booked under Whitney's name.

Since Houston's passing, Bobbi Kristina has been hospitalized twice after suffering an emotional breakdown over losing her mother. She was taken to the hospital on Saturday night and again the next morning.

Her father Bobby Brown said in a statement, "My daughter did visit with doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles," reports People.

She has since been released and is currently with her father and siblings.

"Obviously the death of her mother is affecting her, however, we will get through this tragedy as a family," Brown continued.

Grieving member of Houston's extended family Billy Watson says that Bobbi Kristina is "OK now," reports Us Magazine.

Watson also confirmed that his brother Ray, who was Houston's bodyguard, was the one who found the singer's body. He has been Houston's bodyguard for the last 15 years.

Earlier today, reports suggested that Houston may have drowned accidently, but the true cause of death has been determined to be a lethal combination of alcohol mixed with Xanax and other prescription drugs.

May she rest in peace.
