Who Will Win the Grammy?

The ladies seem to be taking over this year’s Grammy Awards, with three of them pulling for the lead.

R&B diva Beyonce has ten nominations for her album I Am… Sasha Fierce, while country music star Taylor Swift has eight for Fearless, and pop sensation Lady Gaga has received five nominations for The Fame, totaling in 23 nominations between the three of them alone, including all three women’s nominations for Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year.

Many of the night’s top nominees will be performing during the awards show on Sunday. In addition to Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga, performers will also include the Black Eyed Peas, who have six nominations, including Album of the Year and Record of the Year; Dave Matthews Band, also nominated for Album of the Year; and country newcomers Zac Brown Band, nominated for Best New Artist.

“A tribute to Michael Jackson [will] feature Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Smokey Robinson, Carrie Underwood, and Usher and will include the premiere of a 3-D mini-movie for ‘Earth Song’ that Jackson created for his ‘This Is It’ tour,” according to “The Miami Herald.”

This 52nd annual Grammy Awards will air live on Sunday, January 31, 2010, from Los Angeles’s Staples Center on CBS from 8 p.m. until 11 p.m.
