Will Debbie Rowe Get the Children?

The world should learn on Monday what Debbie Rowe's decision will be.

Debbie Rowe is expected to announce Monday if she will try to gain custody of her two children, Prince Michael, 12, and Paris Michael, 11, reports MSNBC.

Rowe and Michael Jackson were divorced in October 1999. Access Hollywood has reported that the papers say that Rowe received a settlement of $8.5 million, an SUV and a Beverly Hills home. The divorce papers also mention that Rowe received $2 million for confidentiality reasons.

In October 1999, Rowe told KNBC, "I would never do this for money. I did this because I love him. That's the only reason I did this." Rowe is referring to why she allowed Jackson to have full custody of the children.

Katherine Jackson has custody of the children now, but if Rowe wants to fight for guardianship it could get ugly, considering she is the biological mother. Joe Jackson said in an interview to "Good Morning America" that it would be best to let Katherine and him raise the children so they will grow up together.
