Actor Will Smith recently reunited with his cast mates from the TV series The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
The reunion took place at a charity event for the organization Sweet Blackberry, which was founded by Karyn Parsons, who played Hilary on Bel Air.
Smith, who played the title role on the series, posted a picture of the group on Facebook Thursday. Underneath it was the caption, "There's nothin' like spending Holidays with fam."
Other cast members present were Tatyana Ali, who played Ashley, Alfonso Ribeiro who played Carlton and James Avery, who was the Banks family patriarch Uncle Phil.
The show, which ran from 1990-1996, made a star of Smith and became popular with teenage audiences.
Smith played a man who lives with his successful uncle in Los Angeles after getting into trouble with a local gang.
Ironically, Smith agreed to do the show because, at the time, he was in massive debt problems with the IRS. He owed $2.8 million after overspending on the income he earned from his then successful career as a rapper.
The show’s success led to his roles in films such as Independence Day (1996) and Men in Black (1997). He won Academy Award nominations for Ali (2001) and The Pursuit of Happyness (2006).
