Willie Garson is Officially a Daddy

Sex and the City’s Willie Garson is soon to have an official son after a long year of anticipation.

Garson, 45, plays Carrie’s gay best friend on SATC. He has been preparing for parenthood ever since 2009, where he fell in love with the cute and sweet 8-year-old Nathan from the adoption fair.

"From the first time I met him, I said, 'That's my kid .’"

Nathan, as Garson describes him “is going into third grade, plays baseball, goes to karate and has a posse of pals.” He has been living under the same roof top with Garson for nearly a year.

Their relationship has grown and Garson could not have had it any better, aside from his appearance in the upcoming movie, Sex and the City 2, due to be released in May, Garson is about to become an official parent.
