Wilson's Suicide Attempt Confirmed
Owen Wilson's suicide attempt is confirmed by authorities.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the rumors that Owen Wilson did in fact attempt suicide. Wilson was found by his brother in his Santa Monica home this past Sunday. At first the police department would only state that they received a "medical aid" call. Reports of the 911 call say that the incident was listed as an "attempt suicide." Wilson, who has been transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, is listed in good condition.
Wilson has pulled out of ensemble comedy Tropic Thunder, to be directed by Ben Stiller. There has been no word on his status for his other projects set to be filmed this year.
