Digital Spy reports that singer Amy Winehouse has vowed that her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil will not be paid a penny of her £10 million fortune. According to The Mirror, the troubled artist withdrew a £100,000 divorce settlement offer from Blake, after he criticized her in the press.
The Mirror also reports that Blake has kept a list of the singers bad behaviour and is compiling a dossier of it in a bid to get as much money as possible from a divorce settlement. According to reports, the jail-bound waster has hired lawyer Henri Brandman and has been contacting men who has supposedly slept with the singer since the pair wed. He is hoping these men will testify against her in divorce proceedings.
"What with the moral grounds for complaint - his public bad-mouthing of her - Amy decided to reduce her initial offer of '£100,000 take-it-or-leave-it', to zero," a source told the newspaper.
"She's adamant he's been living off her fortune for too long and does not deserve a penny more. Amy is turning her life around and wants Blake out of it."
Evidence that the star has spent £500,000 on Fielder-Civil in the past twelve months, including £36,000 for his rehab bill, could form a key part of her argument in court.
The insider added: "This is set to become the most acrimonious celebrity split of 2009. The knives are out."
