World Premiere of Alice in Wonderland Debuts in London

On February 25, Leicester Square, London will be overwhelmed with celebrities and fans for the upcoming world premiere of Tim Burton’s <i>Alice in Wonderland</i>.

Pictures and autographs are definitely a must as Johnny Depp, who plays the Mad Hatter, will be joining his colleagues: the Queen of Hearts Anne Hathaway, Matt Lucas, and new face Mia Wasikawska, “the Alice,” on the red carpet for a special 3D screening.

With special appearances by The Prince of Wales, and The Duchess of Cornwall, who will also be there to support The Prince’s Foundation for Children and the Arts, providing British children the opportunity to expand their creativity in the field of art.

Burton’s updated version of the original 1951 release of Alice in Wonderland has sparked many people’s curiosity. Will Tim Burton surpass his previous remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Will all grown up Alice wake up from her imaginary world again or find herself trapped inside the rabbit’s hole?

The film is due to be released in the UK and the U.S on March 5.
