YouTube Video of the Week: 50 Cent Raps with Mentally Disabled 15-Year-Old

This week's YouTube Video of the Week is unlike anything we've ever seen before. It features 15-year-old Keenan Cahill, a boy with a rare genetic disorder called Maroteaux-Lamy Syndrome, lip syncing with 50 Cent to his track "Down On Me." Cahill's disorder limits his movement and caused him to have a shortened neck. Approximately 25,000 people have the disease, but there is no cure.

Cahill originally dashed on the YouTube scene by lip syncing "Teenage Dream" by Katy Perry. Thus far, his videos have attained over 30 million views and he's become much of the talk on the Internet. The 15-year-old premiered the video on Chelsea Lately.

It's been up for just a few days and has gotten over 4 million views. Many media outlets have covered Cahill after his Chelsea Lately appearance, including Rolling Stone and the Los Angeles Times.

YouTube user danielanthony7 had an interesting take on the video, "It's actually pretty smart of fiddy. This kid is one of the biggest things on the net, thus gets lots of exposure and so in turn will fiddy and this song. Smart."
