Qatar lost the match 1-0.

This past week was the 2010 Asian Games Quarterfinal featuring Uzbekistan vs. Qatar, where one of the most laughable soccer sequences of all-time came in as our selection for YouTube Video of the Week.

Fahad Khalfan, an 18-year-old striker for Qatar, missed a wide open goal for the team, which propelled them to a loss against Uzbekistan. Since the video was put up on November 15, it has been able to attain over 6.5 million views.

A missed goal like this is arguably worse than any other embarrassing feat in pro sports and it's definitely worth a look.

YouTube users' comments were summed up by HmongYou2Tube's post, "That is a pretty pathetic fail. Even I suck and I would have gotten that in. Well, that will definitely haunt him for the rest of his life."
