Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Are Growing Up

It was only just two years ago that Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were the biggest tween power couple. Since their High School Musical days, the couple has ditched their PG pompoms and jersey for shirts off and leather corsets.

Efron’s newer, older, more masculine physique seems to be marketing his new film, Charlie St. Cloud. The film is set for release this Friday.

In the trailers for the film, Efron plays a young man who communicates with the ghost of his little brother. Throughout the trailer, the audience receives generous flashes of his biceps and underwater scenes with the actor shirtless.

In the meantime, Efron’s girlfriend, Hudgens, is making her own transformation from her Disney image to a sexy new role in Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch. According to nydailynews.com, the trailer for the film debuted at San Diego’s Comic-Con last weekend. The actress portrays a character named Blondie, who parades around in a leather number, accompanied by a machine gun.

The two lovebirds really are growing up.
