Sex and the City is Alive Again
Well just when "Sex and the City" fans thought the show was over, HBO and New Line Cinema have reportedly teamed up to give the ladies a royal rebirth.
After three long years of various rumors that "Sex and the City" cast would be getting their own movie, the truth is finally here. Leading ladies Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall are set to appear in the actual movie "Sex and the City."
Although New Line Cinema has not confirmed the project, according to Variety, the filming for the well anticipated movie is due to begin in the fall. Many have been waiting for the announcement of the movie ever since Sarah Jessica Parker's interview when she stated that the show's finale was not the end of the greatest foursome. There were also rumors that both Parker and Cattrall were having issues dealing with salary for the movie. With all that being dealt with the two are said to have worked out their high end issues and are ready to start filming.
Although Parker is busy promoting her new clothing line, titled Bitten, it's obvious she will make time for the movie. There are many speculations about the script since the four sexy ladies were all involved in relationships and were no longer single in the city. But we can all bet that Executive Producer Michael Patrick King has already written the film and has some shocking new roles for the movie. Along with King, Parker series producer John Melfi and series creator Darren Star will help.
