Jack White Welcomes a Son
White Stripes rocker Jack White is a daddy again. He and supermodel wife Karen Elson's son was born on Tuesday, reports E! News. The little guy, whose name is Henry Lee White, is Elson and White's second child. Scarlett Teresa White is their first. The little girl was born in May of 2006. Elson and White have been an item since 2004, when White's involvement with actress Renee Zellweger ended. They wed in June of 2005 in Brazil. The eccentric rocker's wedding was rumored to be as out-there as he is, taking place in a canoe and presided over by a shaman, reports E! News.
British Elson, 28, is not only a model, but shows talent in other fields as well. Among these are singing and performing. She has collaborated in the past with the New York City-based Citizens Band, a cabaret troupe, and even co-starred with hubby White in his band's video for the song "Blue Orchid."
The White Stripes, composed of Jack and Meg White, are currently touring to promote their newly released album, "Icky Thump." They've already done several arena shows, and are preparing for the second stage of their tour schedule in North America. They will play next on Sept. 13th at Kiva Auditorium in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
