Grey's Anatomy's Walsh Ties the Knot

Actress Kate Walsh, who plays Dr. Addison Montgomery on the hit ABC series "Grey's Anatomy," not only has a new television show to look forward to, but also a new husband. The 39-year-old actress married 20th Century Fox production co-president Alex Young on Saturday in Ojai, California. About 100 guests, which included Walsh's "Grey's Anatomy" costars Katherine Heigel, T.R. Knight, Sara Ramirez, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., and Justin Chambers, attended the ceremony at the Ojai Presbyterian Church. "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes and actress Kate Beckinsale also watched as Walsh walked down the aisle in a Monique Lhuillier gown and Neil Lane jewelry. After the ceremony, the party headed to Ojai Valley Inn & Spa for the reception.

The couple met in February and three months later, the 35-year-old movie executive popped the question. This is the first marriage for both.

Walsh's "Grey's Anatomy" spin off entitled "Private Practice" will begin airing this fall on ABC.
