Vivica Fox Denies DUI Charges

Soul Food star and recent "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Vivica Fox has pleaded not guilty to two counts of drunken driving. However she was not present to deliver this plea; she left it up to her attorney, Richard Hutton. Hutton is known for representing more flamboyant clients such as Paris Hilton.

Fox was seen speeding and switching from lane to lane and was arrested around 11 p.m on March 20th on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was also charged with using racial slurs against the arresting officer. Sobriety test showed that Fox scored .09, which is over the legal limit of .08 in California.

Fox will face a max of six months in jail and a $1000 fine, if convicted.
