Cate Blanchett confirms pregnancy of third child at the premiere of her new movie.

Acclaimed actress Cate Blanchett confirmed she is pregnant with her third child. According to People.com, Blanchett, 38, told reporters Saturday night at the Sydney premiere of her latest film "Elizabeth: The Golden Age," "Yes, I am."

Blanchett and writer-director husband, Andrew Upton, already have two sons: Dashiell John, 5, and Roman Robert, 3.

Winner of Best Supporting Actress at the 2005 Oscar's for "The Aviator," Blanchett has been busy filming roles in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," with past co-star Brad Pitt, and "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," with Harrison Ford. For her next role, she'll record a voice for the animated film "The Fantastic Mr. Fox."

Besides Elizabeth, Blanchett stars as one of several actors to portray Bob Dylan in "I'm Not There," due in theaters in the coming month.
