Rourke busted for DUI on scooter

Mickey Rourke took getting a DUI up a notch: the actor was busted early Thursday in Miami Beach for drinking under the influence. The catch is that he was on a mint green Vespa.

Rouke was pulled over around 4 a.m. after making an illegal U-turn. According to the police report obtained by E! Online, the 55-year-old greeted officers with "What the f-k did I do?"

The arresting officer, P. Socarras, described him as having "a flushed face, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath."

A standard field sobriety test proved that he was, in fact, drunk after Rourke blew a 0.081, barely over the state's legal blood-alcohol limit.

He was arrested and taken to the Miami-Dade County jail.

The Palm Beach Post reported that the actor, who stared in the movie "9 1/2 Weeks," spent two hours at popular nightclub Mansion before being pulled over.
