Bruce and Demi's Daughter Named Miss Golden Globe 2008
The 65th annual Golden Globes will air live on Sunday, January 13th on NBC, and they have just named Rumer Willis Miss Golden Globe 2008, according to People.com. Each year, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association names one celebrity son or daughter to hand out the awards.
Willis is the 19-year-old daughter of Hollywood royalty former couple, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. Rumer's mother has been nominated twice for a Golden Globe, and her father has been nominated four times and won once.
Willis follows in the footsteps of other celebrity children including Lorraine Nicholson, daughter of Jack, Lily Costner, daughter of Kevin, and John Clark Gable, son of Clark.
Another highlight of the show will be Steven Spielberg, who will be honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award for his "outstanding contribution to the entertainment field." Spielberg has won six Golden Globes for his work, including E.T. and Schindler's List.
