Spice Girls Reunion Tour
The Spice Girls performed on stage this Sunday in their first tour in almost 10 years, according to a report by the Associated Press.
The five performers included Geri "Ginger Spice" Halliwell who left the group in 1998 to pursue a solo career. The group's last album, recorded without Halliwell, did not release to much success in 2000, and the group split in 2001.
The famous group opened the show with their biggest hit, "Spice Up Your Life," as they performed in custom-designed Roberto Cavalli metallic outfits.
The women admitted to being nervous for the big night, but excited. Melanie "Sporty Spice" Crisholm said, "You know what, so much time has passed, so much water has gone under the bridge, it's just great to all be back together."
Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham's superstar athlete husband, David, gave all the girls special bracelets hours before they took the stage.
The Spice Girls, who sold over 55 million records in the 1990's, continue their reunion tour in cities including New York, London, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Madrid.
