Deviated Septum, as excuse for a new nose??

As reported by WENN and ABC News, "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale joined an elite group of Hollywood A-listers who have admitted to having a nose job to fix a deviated septum, but are their claims justified or is a deviated septum just a convenient excuse for a new nose?

Tisdale suffered a panic attack in New York at z100's Jingle Ball concert on Friday night after a recent rhinoplasty left her struggling for breath. This was Tisdale's first public appearance after undergoing the cosmetic procedure in Beverly Hills on November 30.

The 22-year-old performed at Madison Square Garden despite a little obvious swelling from the cosmetic surgery. She admits her first post-surgery show did not go as well as she'd hoped, telling People.com, "I was so out of breath, I started hyperventilating. They were thinking it was a heart attack. The (tour) doctor got me an oxygen tank and I sat outside the stage and breathed in oxygen until I could catch my breath."
