Early this morning Mischa Barton, known best for playing Marissa Cooper of FOX'S the O.C, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
According to People.com police charged Ms. Barton with three criminal counts: driving under the influence, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license.
Earlier this year the actress was rushed to the hospital after mixing antibiotics and an excess of alcohol, reports US Weekly.
