Mark Your Calenders For This Seasons Newest Idols
Fox has released a tentative schedule of the fun and festivities called "American Idol," which will premiere on the network January 15th and 16th, 2008. This will be the show's seventh season.
As always, the first month of new episodes will feature highlights from auditions that were held in San Diego, Dallas, Omaha, Atlanta, Charleston, Miami and Philadelphia. These will air twice weekly through February 6, 2008.
The top 24 contestants will be named on February 13th. The first performance episode, featuring the 12 male finalists, will air on Feb. 19, with the 12 female finalists taking the stage the following night. The top 12 finalists will perform for the first time on Tuesday, March 11, 2008.
