Entertainer Brandy Norwood has been exonerated of all charges stemming from a car accident in which another driver was fatally killed in 2006. Reuters reports, after a thorough investigation was completed, that there was no substantial evidence of any wrong doing given on her part.
Norwood is currently working on a new studio album.
