Heather Mills spent $60,000 of which is said to be ex-husband Paul McCartney's money on a lavish New Year's Eve party.

According to Celebrity Cowboy.com, money can buy you everything, including your friends.

Heather Mills spent $60,000 of which is said to be ex-husband Paul McCartney's money on a lavish New Year's Eve party. $30,000 of the bill was spent for fireworks. Plus each guest was given a remote so they could open the gate to Heather's home. It was a catered affair and booze was a-plenty.

It's been rumored that Mills may have to sell her home to pay for her legal bills, but it looks like she's got money to throw around to entertain guests for New Years Eve, despite her saying she is getting nothing from her divorce. Sources say, Mills is to get a total of $144 million out of McCartney. She will receive a lump sum of $31 million, and then an additional $8 million each year until their daughter, Beatrice, turns 18. Beatrice is currently 4-years-old.

"The agreement is being seen as a happy outcome, financially at least, for both parties. Sir Paul is paying a smaller lump sum than Miss Mills feels she deserves. But she will still end up with a very large total for someone whose marriage broke up after only four years," according to the website.
