Madonna offending Irish residents with planned concert
Ever the woman of controversy, Madonna has now offened people on both sides of the Atlantic.
Madonna has always been a woman of controversy and now it seems that she's offended a few people over in Dublin. Residents of Slane which is located 20 miles from Dublin have said that they plan to go to the high court to get an injunction to prevent Madonna from playing her first Irish Concert there.
To add to the controversy, Madonna is trying to stage the concert on a Sunday instead of Saturday to accommodate her religious beliefs. 90% of Ireland's residents are Roman Catholic where Sunday is the Sabbath day.
So far, the event is still up in the air and we shall all wait and see what happens.
