Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards resume court battle

Actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are going back to court over a reality show.

Formerly married actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards were back in court in Los Angeles Wednesday, reports eFluxMedia.

Richards and Sheen were in court in a non-public hearing, apparently over a custody dispute regarding the couple's two young children. Richards wants permission to use the couple's daughters, ages 2 and 3, in a new reality television show. Richards won the ability to have her children on such a show, though with unspecified "ground rules."

Sheen does not want Richards to be able to have their daughters on the show, and after calling her "greedy, vain and exploitative," Richards is seeking to override his veto of the idea, according to USA Today.

The divorced couple have been feuding almost continuously since filing for divorce. Sheen and Richards were married from 2002 to 2006.
