Ledger Masseuse Called Mary-Kate Olsen Before 911

Why did Heath Ledger's staff member call Mary-Kate Olsen before 911?

New details are coming out on the events surrounding the tragic death of actor Heath Ledger on Tuesday. According to the New York Times and Fox News, reports are circulating that before calling 911, Ledger's masseuse used the actor's cellphone to call his friend Mary-Kate Olsen.

Olsen then called up security personnel she knew in New York. The masseuse, Diana Wolozin, called Olsen a second time, and then called 911. Officials later said that the masseuse, Ledger's housekeeper and the multiple security personnel Olsen had summoned were cooperating with police.

Wolozin reportedly called 911 at 3:26 pm. Ledger was pronounced dead at 3:36 pm. There is still no conclusive cause of death, though authorities are now looking towards the medications in Ledger's room.

Ledger had been known for saying that he could lose himself in roles, after deeply involving himself within them. There are reports that sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medications were found in Ledger's apartment, and some medication from Europe.

A rolled-up $20 bill found near the body has also roused some suspicion that it may have been used for narcotics. There is no evidence to suggest the caue of death was narcotics. A toxicology report could take 10 to 14 days.
