Member of the Dixie Chicks expecting third child

Martie Maguire announced her pregnancy Monday on the Dixie Chicks Web site.
According to Associated Press, Martie Maguire of the Dixie Chicks is expecting a child with husband, Gareth. The 38-year old singer currently has twin daughters named Eva and Katie. They are 3-years old. Maguire has said her daughters are excited to have a younger sibling as a new addition to the family.
The pop-country singer made her pregnancy public Monday on the Dixie Chicks Web site. The band’s publicist confirmed the report. Maguire’s doctors predict the child will be female. The singer has expressed her enthusiasm about having three girls and has stated that the baby is due late this summer.
Natalie Maines and Emily Robison are the other two band members in the Dixie Chicks. Maguire plays the mandolin and fiddle. Some of the band’s greatest hits include “Without You,” “Travelin’ Soldier,” “Goodbye Earl” and “Wide Open Spaces.”
