Montel throws in the towel and say's "It's a Wrap!"
The Montel Williams will close the curtain on the show after 17 years.
Montel Williams, whose rose into the eye of pop culture when he launched his ethical and social based talk show "The Montel Williams" in 1991, is pulling the plug on the show after an amazing 17 year run.
According to Reuters, CBS television distribution stated that they will offer The Best of "The Montel Williams Show" series offered in a 52 week highlight episodes of the show. "We have been honored to have Montel as a part of our family for the past 17 years, and we're very excited that Montel will live on through these 'best of' episodes," said John Nogawski, president and COO of CBS TV Distribution.
