Driving Under the Influence Is "Risky Business" for De Mornay

Actress will serve no jail time for DUI arrest.

Actress Rebecca De Mornay was sentenced to three years probation today, stemming from her Oct. 2007 DUI arrest in Beverly Hills.

Reuters is reporting that 48-year-old De Mornay, best known for starring with Tom Cruise in the 1983 film, Risky Business, pleaded no contest to one count of drunken driving, and in addition to probation, was ordered by Judge H. Chester Horn to enroll in a three-month alcohol education program as well as pay more than $1,400 in various fines.

The actress joins a long list of celebrities recently nabbed for driving under the influence, including Kiefer Sutherland, who was just released from a 48-day jail stay, Lindsay Lohan, who has faced the charge twice in a three-month period, Extreme Makeover host Ty Pennington, rapper Eve, Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton.
