Another Hilton is in jail!
Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron Hilton, was arrested early this morning on a charge of driving under the influence.
The arrest took place in Malibu at 8:04 a.m. when a County Sheriff deputy pulled over the 18-year-old in Los Angeles.
Apparently, deputies responded to a call by another driver who noticed a black Mercedes "weaving on the roadway and at times driving on the wrong side of the road," E! News reported.
Barron had a blood alcohol level of 0.14, nearly twice the legal limit for drivers over the age of 21, and is currently being held for the DUI charge on a $5,000 bail.
The Hilton family is reticent about the incident.Paris Hilton also served time in jail (45 days) last year for a similar case.
