Appleseed Ex Machina

This computer-generated animated film is based on the popular Japanese sci-fi anime series about an elite group of police officers and cyborgs who are the only ones who can save mankind from evil in the desolate future. When war wipes out half the population in 2133, the only sanctuary of civilization is the mega city of Olympus. But Olympus's peace and prosperity is threatened by terrorist groups manned and funded by industrial giant Poseidon. Anime fans will love this action-packed movie, but diehards will have to wait until a disc with the original Japanese language track comes out.

Nancy Drew

The pre-teen super sleuth breaks out her magnifying glass to solve one of the greatest mysteries ever: the death of movie superstar Dehlia Draycott. Nancy moves west to Hollywood where her father has business, and struggles to adapt to her new home and school at Hollywood High. After promising her father she'd give up sleuthing and become a normal teenage girl, Nancy can't resist the opportunity to uncover the mystery behind the death of Dehlia Draycott. Julia Roberts's niece, Emma, plays Nancy in this modern take on the classic detective series. DVD features include a gag reel, making-of featurette and a music video.
