Richards No Longer a Sheen

Denise Richards legally changed her name back to Richards.

Actress Denise Richards is getting rid of all the signs that she was once married to Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen. The 37-year-old Wild Things star apparently took Sheen's last name when the two married in June 2002 (but did not use it in her career). On Friday, she filed papers in the L.A. Superior Court to legally change her last name back to Richards.

Richards and Sheen's divorce was finalized in November 2006. The couple has two children together, four-year-old Sam, and two-year-old Lola Rose. Richards and Sheen had a bitter divorce which included allegations of fidelity and custody disputes. They recently came to a child custody agreement.

Sheen currently stars on the hit CBS series Two and a Half Men and is engaged to real estate investor Brooke Mueller. Richards and their daughters will be featured on a new reality series for E! which will begin airing this summer.
