Jessica Simpson was recently hospitalized.
According to People magazine, the singer was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California on Friday morning after suffering from a fever.
Simpson's rep later stated that the songstress was suffering from a minor kidney infection, but declared that she is now at home "and is doing fine."
The singer spent five days at the Medical Center.
