Michaels's Rock of Destruction?

Bret Michaels and the producers of "Rock of Love" are being sued by the home owner.

Singer Bret Michaels has been named in a lawsuit. The 45-year-old Poison lead singer, along with Mindless Entertainment, the producers of his hit VH1 reality show, Rock of Love 2, are being sued for breach of contract and destruction of property. Ray Sahranavard, the owner of the Encino, California home where the show was taped, claims that the show left his home with at least $380,000 worth of damages. Some of the damages that Sahranavard cited are walls repainted, holes in the ceilings and walls, missing doors, and the killing of the outdoor plants and lawn.

Originally, Mindless Entertainment was the only one mentioned in the lawsuit, in which they were accused of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and negligent misrepresentation. The company was supposed to have made sure the house was in good condition and pay liability insurance, but did not. Mindless Entertainment claimed that they did not know what Michaels was doing in the house when the cameras weren't rolling. As a result, Sahranavard added Michaels to the lawsuit, claiming intentional destruction of property.
