Hasselhoff in Hospital

David Hasselhoff entered UCLA Medical Center on Saturday to repair a wound.

Actor David Hasselhoff checked into UCLA Medical Center on Saturday when a gash by his eye started bleeding.

The 55-year-old Knight Rider star was in the hospital to repair some stitches from a surgical cut that had opened up above his eye. Hasselhoff's representative, Judy Katz, wouldn't say exactly why he had stitches in the first place, other than that he had something removed from his face last week.

Katz also said that the actor is doing well and should be out of the hospital by Monday night.

Hasselhoff can next be seen judging another season of America's Got Talent when it premieres on NBC on June 24.
