Paris Hilton and Benji Madden Involved in Hit-and-Run

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden ran over a photographer's foot and did not stop.

According to Access Hollywood, Benji Madden had a hit-and-run report filed against him by a paparazzo for allegedly running over the photographer's foot without stopping.

Madden and girlfriend Paris Hilton left the Hollywood club, Foxtail, Friday around 1:30 a.m., and their vehicle was swarmed by paparazzi. The couple tried to leave the parking lot when Madden allegedly ran over the man's foot. The man then drove himself to a nearby hospital for his injuries. He tried to file a police report over the phone and was told that was not possible. After his hospital visit, he went to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department and filed an official hit-and-run report against Madden, around 5 a.m. Friday.

Hilton recently spent a month touring with Madden's band, Good Charlotte, throughout Europe. The hotel heiress is also starring in a new show where she searches for her new best friend.
