Amy Winehouse Arrested
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested on drug charges.
Time to go to rehab? Amy Winehouse was arrested on Wednesday. The police had sufficient reason to believe that she was in possession of drugs. In a statement, Winehouse's publicist, Chris Goodman, said that Winehouse ". . . voluntarily attended a London police station. . . . She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is cooperating fully with inquiries," Goodman said, according to the AP. It is being widely speculated that Winehouse's arrest is related to a now infamous video in which Winehouse is believed to be taking drugs. The images had showed up in the news previously, showing what appeared to be Winehouse smoking a pipe.
