Hayley Williams Sides with Miley Cyrus

Paramore's Hayley Williams joined celebs like Rosie O'Donnell in standing behind Miley Cyrus over her photo scandal. Buzznet reported that Williams thinks the scandal will blow over. She told MTV.com, "We grew up around the Cyrus family, and they're amazing people, and I know they wouldn't steer their daughter wrong. Miley's got a good head on her shoulders, so I think she'll come out of all this strong. She's a great girl."

Paramore joins step-brother of Miley Cyrus, Trace Cyrus, and his band Metro Station at the top of the Buzznet music community, and after the photo scandal, Buzznet members polled think the situation is being blown a bit out of proportion. Parents may not agree, as Cyrus's record sales and TV ratings are taking a hit after the Vanity Fair photos were released on the Internet. I'm sure Cyrus is hoping her photo scandal blows over just like Vanessa Hudgens, another Disney star that had nude photos leaked over the Internet, but still remained to hold onto her career.
