Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo Might Be Over

Insider sources say the singer and the Cowboys star have called it quits. TMZ reported that one of Romo’s close friends overheard the football player bragging about the breakup while partying at a Chicago bar without Simpson. “They’re broken up. He told us they broke up and that was that. We’re guys so we didn’t talk about it much,” the friend said.
EFluxMedia said that despite the recent love-filled confessional interview with Glamour, Simpson was rumored to be jealous of her ex, John Mayer’s, new relationship with Jennifer Aniston. Meanwhile, Life & Style magazine also reported that during the Chicago party, Romo was surrounded by a number of girls: “He zeroed in on one blond all night, and that blond wasn't Jessica Simpson.”
The songstress’s rep has tried to set records straight and denied the rumors. As reported in E! Online, the rep said, “Not true, not true. I spoke to Jess yesterday and the day before. They are still together.” The rep said nothing happened with Tony Romo and the blond in Chicago. Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo are still expected to attend Simpson’s little sister Ashlee’s wedding to rocker Pete Wentz, this weekend, together.
