Lindsay Lohan's Fur Filch
Bad girl Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a New York college student who claims the actress stole her fur coat valued at $12,000 at a party, reported E! Online.
Masha Markova, 22, told the New York Post she wore a sheared mink coat-a gift from her grandmother- Jan. 26 to a birthday party at hot spot club 1 Oak, where she placed the expensive wrap in a bin with numerous other coats. At the end of the night when attempts to find the coat were to of no avail, Markova believed she had lost the fur for good.
But then, she said, she was flipping through the Feb. 11 issue of OK! magazine when she spotted a photograph of Lohan wearing the very same fur.
"It was my coat. It was no doubt!" she told the Post.
Markova's attorney, Merrill Cohen told the Associated Press that she got her coat back on Valentine's Day after Cohen made a call to Lohan's attorney, Blair Berk. The fur was then delivered to Markova's apartment by a representative from 1 Oak.
A lawsuit though was still filed in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan asking for unspecified damages.
