Heather Mills's Accusation Against Photographer Nullified
21-May-2008
Written by: Mandy Cohen
The photographer who was convicted of assaulting Heather Mills had his appeal squashed because Mills was too stressed to attend court yesterday.
According to BBC news, Mr. Kaycappa, 32, was convicted last August by Brighton magistrates for having grabbed Mills by her shoulder and taking her photograph in a subway in July of 2006.
However, due to Mills failing to provide the court with proof and not attending the hearing, Mr. Kaycappa’s case was cleared.
