Bill Clinton Blasts Media for Disrespectful Treatment of Hillary
Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States, criticized the media on Sunday with multiple controversial comments regarding their treatment of his wife, and current Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. Bill Clinton stated, "She is winning the general election today and he is not. I have never seen anything like it. I have never seen a candidate treated so disrespectfully just for running."
However, beyond his comments that insisted Hillary was currently winning the election, Bill's most controversial statement, quoted from CNN.com, came when he stated that the Democratic party should nominate Hillary rather than candidate Barack Obama, "Unless we want to lose the election."
Bill Clinton's statement comes despite evidence from RealClearPolitics.com that proves his comment wrong. Their statistics show that in cumulative results from seven separate pollsters, McCain leads Obama in just one of the polls. On the contrary, Obama leads the Republican candidate in four of the polls, while they are tied in the two remaining polls.
