DiCaprio to Produce and Star in "Atari"

Leonardo DiCaprio will star as Nolan Bushnell, a founder of the video game industry, with Atari.

Leonardo DiCaprio has had many starring roles portraying artistic men, such as Tobias Wolf in This Boy's Life and Frank Abagnale, Jr. in Catch Me If You Can, Atari will be no different.

According to eFluxMedia, he will be playing Nolan Bushnell, a college student who liked to fix pinball machines before he started his business with Ted Dabney in the '70s. Bushnell's first video game was Pong; he eventually sold the company to Warner Communication for $28 million.

The writers, Brian Hecker and Craig Sherman, were the only writers to convince Bushnell to have a movie made about his life.
