Divorce Case Involving Nevada Governor Attracting Much Attention

According to Ashley Powers of the Los Angeles Times, Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons and his estranged wife, Dawn Gibbons, are involved in a heated divorce case that is generating more and more media attention by the day. The divorce was highlighted in the most recent issue of People Magazine, with the publication's article focusing on the fact that Dawn has refused to move out of the couple's mansion.

Though Governor Jim Gibbons is the one who filed for the divorce, his estranged wife is the one who is creating the most headlines recently. She has generated a great deal of controversy with public claims that her husband had cheated on her, which has resulted in a battle for legal custody of the couple's Governor's mansion. According to Powers, the Nevada Governor has denied committing adultery.

However, according to Powers, gossip surrounding the divorce case has escalated despite his claim, as the Governor has been spotted with other women in public. Gibbons has reportedly attended the popular film, Sex and the City, with another woman and has also gone to a sushi bar with a different female.
