Learn more about this noble program that prevents horrific exploitation.
The Emancipation Network, abbreviated as T.E.N., was founded three years ago by Sarah Symons who began the company as its only employee through full-time volunteer work. Ever since, the program has grown tremendously and it performs the admirable task of assisting survivors of slavery as well as young girls and women who are at risk of being subjected into slavery through human trafficking.
T.E.N. purchases high quality, handicraft products created by slavery survivors from twenty different partner organizations located in twelve countries. The Emancipation Network then sells them at various events across the nation while raising awareness all around the country about individuals who have overcome slavery and women currently at risk of being placed into such a devastating predicament.
With the income that is generated from the sales of the products, 100 percent of its after-tax profits are donated directly to T.E.N. charities. This incredibly noble organization prevents these people at risk of being forced into slavery from becoming victims of such cruel and unusual exploitation.
