Seth and Jay Live Through "Apocalypse"
Rogan, and Goldberg team up with Apatow for a new movie.
Shooting for the new movie, Jay and Seth Vs the Apocalypse, is due to start in 2009. It is based off of comedy short written by Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg, the co-writer of Superbad.
This film is about two guys, Seth and Jay, who survive the apocalypse and have to adjust and deal with the results. And they just might be stoners. Jay will be played by Jay Baruchel (Knocked Up) and Seth by Rogan.
Eonline.com reports that buzz already began thanks to a trailer was uploaded to Youtube for the pre-produced movie. Also, garnered from the Hollywood Reporter, Rogan and Goldberg have been given total creative and final cut control.
