Shia LaBeouf Busted for Smoking Again

Actor Shia LaBeouf is having a hard time smoking in the designated areas.

According to the National Enquirer, officials at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C. caught LaBeouf and reprimanded him for smoking in the restroom merely months after the Transformers and Indiana Jones star had an unlawful smoking charge dismissed in Burbank, Calif.

AccessHollywood.com previously reported that LaBeouf's charges for unlawful smoking were dropped after he paid a $500 fine.

Uh, Shia, smoking laws apply for both the east and west coasts.

Reportedly, LaBeouf, 22, was in D.C. filming for his forthcoming movie.

LaBeouf made his television debut and became known for his starring role in the Disney Channel show Even Stevens. He made a transition to film with supporting roles in I, Robot starring Will Smith and Constantine starring Keanu Reeves.
