Actor Troyer claims copyright, trademark infringement.

Verne Troyer, the diminutive actor, best known for playing the role of Mini-Me in the Austin Powers movies, has sued celebrity gossip Web site TMZ, the Web site reports.

The $20 million lawsuit, in which Troyer has claimed TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing parts of his sex tape, was filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. Troyer also claims that TMZ infringed on his trademark and copyright by publishing the tape.

Troyer claims that the tape was stolen and it eventually found its way to Kevin Blatt, the man who also released a sex tape of socialite Paris Hilton, entitled "One Night in Paris." Blatt was also named as a co-defendant in the lawsuit.
