Hathaway's Family Tried to Warn Her About Boyfriend

Could Anne Hathaway have been the last one to see who her boyfriend really was?

According to the New York Daily News, Hathaway's parents tried to warn her about her long term Italian boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, and even encouraged the 26-year-old actress to move out of their New York City apartment.

Follieri, 29, was arrested for fraud last week and had his bail set for $21 million based on reports that a bank account in Monaco under Follieri's name had $16 million in it. Sources deny the documentation, however, and claim that Follieri "drafted that document and hoped to have it validated by a bank officer in Monaco."

As for the Get Smart actress, Hathaway supposedly regretted helping police officials in the investigation against Follieri and sources claim the couple had a tearful conversation the day before Follieri was arrested.
